Fresh Grouper Whole and Fillets

How to cook it

Steam whole with ginger, spring onion and hot oil, exactly as it is served in Cantonese kitchens. The portions are excellent pan-seared, poached in broth, or added to a firm-textured fish curry.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 0 °C and 4 °C and cook within two days, or freeze on the day it arrives for up to three months.
